Located directly on the Stillaguamish River, our home was originally built in the 1980s and thoughtfully remodeled in 2022. Modern amenities meet vintage charm, including the Earth Stove fireplace and large exposed beams.

The layout offers expansive river views from every room. Outside: spacious fire pit area, hot tub overlooking the river, floating hammock net, tree swing, lawn games, and more on a full acre with 210 feet of private shoreline.

Guest access: Entire property (except detached garages). 5 minutes from downtown Granite Falls. 20–30 minutes to incredible hikes on the Mountain Loop Highway.

Pet friendly (fee applies). Plenty of parking. River access at your own risk — no swimming recommended.
